Community Meeting on Hilco Infrastructure Plan

Participate in the Next Virtual Community Meeting for the Redevelopment of the Potomac River Generating Station Property, hosted by Hilco Redevelopment Partners


On Wednesday, November 9 at 6:30 p.m., Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) will host the twelfth in a series of community meetings regarding the transformation of the Potomac River Generating Site (PRGS) in Old Town North.

The virtual meeting will focus on the street network shown in the Infrastructure Development Site Plan (IDSP) Concepts #1 and #2, an introduction to the Coordinated Sustainability Strategy (CSS) framework, and initial land use and street level plans for Blocks A, B, and C. The community will have an opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions.
