First Ever Old Town North "Chalk Walk" Showcased Artists at Work in the Neighborhood

On October 15, the Old Town North Alliance sponsored a "Chalk Walk" to highlight Old Town North's role as an Arts and Cultural District. The Chalk Walk featured over a dozen artists drawing chalk artworks on sidewalks all over the neighborhood. OTNA Board Member Pat Miller organized the Chalk Walk, drawing from her experience with Art on the Avenue and other events she created for the Del Ray neighborhood. Attendees enjoyed strolling neighborhood streets, viewing works in progress, and purchasing refreshments at the Canal Center food trucks.
