Alexan Florence, developed by TCR (Trammel Crow Residential) and managed by Bozzuto has been gently moving in new tenants as phases of construction were completed. And oh boy, has it been worth the wait. The development team has given upmost attention to design and finishes. The apartments are so appealing that one might consider selling one’s home and moving in! Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are available. By the way, this site used to be the late unlamented Royal Street Bus Barn.
The complex boasts an in-ground swimming pool in its central courtyard, a large ground floor Great Room with bar, a rooftop terrace with bar and meeting room, and a fitness room, as well as the now-obligatory dog-wash station. The aesthetic is modern without being stark.

To celebrate the end of construction, the Alexan Florence team held a grand opening celebration featuring plentiful food and drinks, as well as stations where artists displayed their work, musicians played, and local restaurants offered food tastings.
