The exquisite menu features dishes like white sturgeon caviar with tallow fried chicken skin; an elevated surf and turf with petite filet, butter poached scallops, and black truffle potato puree; and heritage duck breast confit. Finish your meal with goat’s milk cheesecake with brown butter graham crumb and topped with raspberry gelée and gold flake.
